My goal for your photo session is for you to walk away feeling excited about the session we had and the pictures I have captured. I like to make each session personalized for the individual, family or senior I am working with. I love to explore new locations so if you have some place you want to do your pictures I am always interested in trying it out. I want to make this experience one that leaves you feeling relaxed and not stressed, because in the end these are your memories that I am freezing for you. I value all of my clients input because you know what is best for yourself and your children.

WHAT TO WEAR:
The most important thing to remember is that the photos are all about YOU. It is great to get something "special" to wear for your pictures, but try to remember that these photos should represent you, so you want to wear something that you are comfortable in. Maybe pick out some fun accessories to go with "special" clothes you already own. :)
When I do individual photos you can bring up 2 clothing changes and we can work with those different styles. Try to have those looks be styles that are clearly different from each other. For example, one outfit is more dressier than the other. If that is not your style though then please stick with whatever represents YOU. :) Don't forget about your hair and makeup! That should be just as important as your clothing choices. :)
For family shoots, you can go with similar colors, but it is also okay to not have matching colors and have a pop of color thrown in by one or 2 family members. I always love when I see that! I try to recommend that you stay away from prints that are too busy or colors that clash because in the end we want the focus to be on YOU and not what you are wearing. ;) Have fun picking out your clothing and try to choose comfortable shoes as some locations may require a little walking.
TRAVEL POLICY:
While Butterfly Frames Photography is located in the Fox Cities near Appleton, Wisconsin I do travel to the Milwaukee area and Chicago land area quite a bit. I do charge $0.50 for every mile that I travel over 60 miles from my home. I am willing to go anywhere for a great photo, so just let me know where you want to go and let's do it!
Your session must be cancelled and rescheduled within 24 hours of shoot or it may be subject to a $30 cancellation fee. I 100% understand that things come up with families. So, no problem, just let me know and we can reschedule.
PAYMENT, PROOFING, SNEAK PEEKS, and DELIVERY TIME:
Payment for your session is due at time of session. Once your session is complete I will begin the editing process. I will share sneak peeks on my Facebook page. At approximately the 4 weeks your entire gallery of photos will be ready for you to view. My editing process will include color corrections, black/white and other basic edits to your pictures. You will be provided a password to view and order photos on my website.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
You can pay for your booking deposit and session either via cash, check or Paypal. You will receive a contract for your session with the details of the deposit required prior to the session in order to hold the date. The remaining balance for your session is due at the time of your session.
RETURN CHECK FEE:
If you are paying by check and the check is returned there will be a $25 return check fee and you will need to pay via cash or Paypal. No images will be delivered until this is resolved.
