When I look at her I see a reflection of myself. Some days it is more like me than others. But I also in this picture see a reflection of a child, a free spirit, an actress, a teenager in her own mind. She is one who gives the tightest hugs I have ever seen. She announces to the world that she is squeaky clean after going through her first reconciliation. And she was so proud the day she was able to take her first communion from her uncle Jim. She has watched for a few years as her brother has been receiving it. And the day before this picture was her special day. In the end she is a reflection of a child of god. She is her own person and amazing for that. She is just as god has intended her to be. She is our little twinkler all squeaky clean. Ready to take on the world...

Spring has sprung. Spring is my favorite time of year for the flowers. I just love all the pretty flowers that are blooming in my yard. I was so excited to walk outside this past weekend and get to see my crocus, daffodils and tulips starting to pop up. It makes me happy that with the warmer weather comes this new life.
It is really spring where I live. The kids are truly enjoying the beautiful weather. I snuck outside tonight to see this fun happening. My daughter and her friend since we moved here riding their bikes back and forth up and down the street. It was never ending movement for these two. I love to see this. It seems like in the winter we get so stationary. My youngest clearly has a great deal of energy to work out and every day after school begs to be outside instead of doing her homework or chores if she has any. Enjoy the fresh air wherever you are and take time to just be with your loved ones.
