My daughter, Meggan, received her Holy Communion this past month. It was a very special day for her. Unfortunately we have not had the best of weather and so had to wait to do her pictures in her amazing dress until May. She was so excited to receive this beautiful bible from her Great Aunt Denny. She wanted to just sit and read and look through it.

The tulips at the garden we went to were amazing. She could not believe all the  colors we saw as we walked through snapping pictures. She kept saying how the sun felt so good on her face.
Her rosary here was a very special one that was given to her by her Nama and Papa.

On her Holy Communion Meg kept talking about her hair and how she felt like a princess. She picked out a dress that we never thought she would pick out. It was so beautiful on her. And our friend, Alissa (Lexi's mom), did her hair. And it looked amazing. She really was like a little princess on that day in April. And then got to get all dressed up again in May for her special photo shoot.

It is never easy losing a game of soccer. But my son has a remarkable sportmanship. He was not in the mood to have some pics taken, but he went along with it anway. Just without the smile.
