How can it be that my son is experiencing his first Homecoming. Or excuse me HOCO. We never called it that when I was a kid. I am sure my kids will be rolling their eyes at me for that one. It is interesting to me to watch as he goes through high school and how things change. Never would I have thought that he and 3 buddies would be going for pictures and dinner with 8 girls. Yes he was matching with a particular young lady, but they were not "dates". Is this really a thing? WHAT??? He is almost 6 feet tall and is growing into an amazing human being. I look forward to hearing all about it when he gets home. Yes I am waiting up for this one. Because this the 1st of many new firsts for our oldest....
