Normally I would have to go with camping as my hobby. But given I live in the frozen tundra there is no camping happening in January.... So, I turn to baking. I learned to bake from my mom and my grandmas. Up until 2 years ago I used to bake 20-30 different assortment of christmas cookies. But when I started getting healthier and eating cleaner I sort of removed that from my life. It just became too tempting for me. My daughters though love to bake. I have found a new love for making homemade breads. My family loves it too. When they come home from school/work to that smell of fresh baked bread. There is nothing like it. If I could do that full-time I probably would. Between baking and photography I would love to do those things and oh garden. If I had the time for it that is I would love to do gardening. Just always seems to fall last.
