This week our theme is hands. I knew exactly what I wanted to capture. My son has been a Cub Scout for several years. This year is his last year as a Cub Scout. In several weeks he will be crossing over to Boy Scouts. So, this weekend he is working on his last Pinewood Derby car. It is bittersweet. It has been something that he and my husband have thoroughly enjoyed doing together. They get all the power tools out and come up with a design. It is fun. It is something my husband never did as a kid. So, today my son took to cutting out his last pinewood derby car. So, I wanted to capture him doing that. This just felt perfect for this week's theme. His hands seem so much more grown up than I feel like they should be. My sweet little boy is all grown up using power tools. Where has the time gone....
